Free Consultation
Let’s meet (for free) and talk about what you need. What is your team good at, and what is your team missing? We will create a plan that is specific to your team and a timeline to train your team to solve your biggest problems.

Onboarding
We quickly get up to speed on what your team does and what your goals are. We will look at your marketing org, schedule time with each stakeholder, and define what roles each member of your team will play in this process.

We roll up our sleeves and get started. Walking every single team member through the AGILE process and teaching them how to utilize our framework. We then handhold your entire marketing team through our PAIR framework for a minimum of 3 months (or 3 sprints) to make sure that each member can seamlessly execute their work from planning, to assigning, to implementation, to review.
How We Help Teams Implement PAIR
1. Understand Your Team
We start by identifying your goals, key stakeholders, and the problems holding your team back. This ensures PAIR is tailored to your real needs.
2. Build Your Plan
Next, we design a plan customized to your team’s structure—either inside our customized platform built for PAIR or directly in the tool your team already uses.
3. Teach & Support
We train your team to plan and execute PAIR in 3-week cycles. Depending on your team’s size, we typically coach you through 3 to 6 cycles. Along the way, we’ll coach a dedicated PAIR Leader so your team has ongoing guidance long after we step out.
How Long Does It Take to Implement PAIR?
Implementing a new way of working takes time—and that’s okay. Depending on your team’s size and structure, we typically stay engaged for 3–6 sprints (roughly 3–6 months).
Here’s what you can expect:
Sprint 1:
Things feel uncomfortable. The team is learning a new rhythm and adjusting to the PAIR process.
After the first Review, the team sees how much they’ve accomplished. There are still kinks to work out, but this is often the first taste of success.
Sprint 2:
The “aha” moment hits—most of the team is planning and adjusting their hours with little guidance, showing strong understanding of the framework.
Sprint 3:
Larger teams, or those undergoing a reorganization or leadership change, may require additional sprints before they feel fully confident. That’s why we customize our engagement to your team’s unique needs.

We get it, PAIR brings people together in ways you’d never expect. If you’d like continued support, we can provide a dedicated PAIR Leader on an ongoing basis to guide your team long after the initial rollout. Because sometimes, we all feel that “You complete me” moment—and nobody wants to say goodbye.
