A Note From Our Founder

With 16+ years in marketing and 10+ years in leadership roles, I’ve led teams across DTC and B2B businesses, from lean startups to large, publicly traded companies. Managing teams of all sizes taught me one thing: marketing moves fast, goals shift constantly, and traditional structures often slow teams down.

While managing these teams, I created a framework that truly works—PAIR. It helps teams move quickly, test ideas, stay data-driven, and most importantly, be happier while doing it. I also noticed that PAIR breaks down silos, enabling better communication with copywriters, designers, and creative team members who touch so many parts of a project, giving real insight into every team member’s contributions.

Inspired by this experience, I created the PAIR framework and PAIR Agile software to help marketing teams everywhere work smarter, move faster, and collaborate more effectively.
